Headteacher’s Message
Welcome to Staindrop Church of England School. It is both a pleasure and a privilege to introduce a community rooted in strong Christian values and a shared commitment to giving every child the very best start in life.
Inspired by the Parable of the Sower, we aim to be the rich soil in which every child can take root, grow, and flourish. Our values—wisdom, forgiveness, respect, responsibility, and creativity—shape the way we learn, care, and support one another each day.
We are proud to serve our local community and to work in close partnership with families, the church, and the wider community. Together, we nurture confident, compassionate, and resilient young people who enjoy learning and feel valued for who they are.
Our dedicated staff provide a broad, balanced curriculum and a warm, inclusive environment where each child’s unique strengths and needs are recognised. Visitors often comment on the special atmosphere at Staindrop, and it is something we cherish and continually strive to uphold.
